Oft-injured Dallas Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee went down again on Monday night, exiting the contest against the Chicago Bears with a neck injury, per Tim MacMahon of ESPNDallas.com:
Earlier in the game, Lee was laid out by receiver Brandon Marshall on a vicious blindside block, but it was immediately unknown if that was the play which caused Lee's injury.
Before exiting the game, Lee was examined on the field, per NFL Around the League:
Cowboys MLB Sean Lee injured again. Trainers looking at neck/shoulder area, possible "stinger."

Lee would return to the field briefly, but ultimately had to leave to the locker room.
There's no doubting Lee's talent as a sideline-to-sideline force when he's on the field, but it's just the latest hiccup for a player who has dealt with a bevy of injuries in recent years. He missed the previous two games with a hamstring injury, after missing the final 10 games of the 2012 season with a toe injury.
Given his injury history, Lee has been the target of criticism since signing his big six-year contract with Dallas in August. This will only add fuel to the discussion as Lee, though talented, has yet to play in a complete 16-game season during his four-year career.
