Brad Johnson is a smart, accurate passer who is ultra-cautious with the ball. If he plays for Dallas, Terrell Owens isn't going to be happy with his workload. (from SportingNews)

Just another case of looking for news/problems where there are none.

I'm very less than thrilled. He should at least not automatically lose games for us. Not sure he can win games but he should allow us to win. If a vet QB can't win with this offense then he should retire.

I know I've been wringing my hands all offseason over how the backup QBs in this league will mesh with the star WRs.

Y'know... Matt Cassel and Randy Moss??
Craig Nall and Lee Evans??
Doug Johnson and Chad Johnson/TJ Houshmandzadeh??
Dan Orlovsky and Roy Williams/Calvin Johnson??
Jim Sorgi and Marvin Harrison??
Anthony Wright and Plaxico Burress??
...etc.

We are standing on the precipice of some massive personality conflicts. Fans of the NFL be forewarned!!

LOL. There are some potentially scary names and combos. Mostly because I don't know some of them but some because I do.

Not quite the ole days when you could know every QB in the league. Heck most of the players in the league.

Johnson will be playing from the bench with a clipboard in his hand, therefore I do not believe T.O. really cares what play he calls.

I feel confident in Johnson should he enter the game. There is nothing the defense can throw at him that he has not seen before. Johnson is very accurate with his passes and given the fact that many of TO big plays come off the shorter to intermediate routs I don't see Johnson getting him the ball much of an issue. As for arm strength Johnson may not be able to throw a frozen rope on a 20 out rout but when it comes to go routs it does not take a strong arm to get the ball down field
