According to a text alert from the Fan Bradford wants a trade out of Philly and will NOT participate in off season activities.

If we could restructure his deal, would he be a viable backup here?

What would you guys think if you were in his shoes? After their debacle last year (which was beautiful to watch), Sam probably thought the new coach would come in with a perfect offense for him, however they trade up and are all set to draft their new franchise quarterback.

I'd want a trade as well.

Why would we want to let philly off the hook for his contract? Miami stupidly took one big contract off their hands already (B Maxwell) and let them move up five picks in the first round, to boot. No...let them keep Mr. Bradford (and his contract).

You're kidding right? He's not going anywhere but to a team where he can start. He's not interested in backup money.
Guys... once again, this ain't Madden. Now put down the controller and do your homework.

why would he want to go from starter to backup especially when theres a handful of teams that badly a starter.
why would he want off a team because he doesnt want to complete with other qb's but want to come here to the same situation
why would he want to take a cut to play backup for team that has 1 playoff win in 20+ years.
why would we wreck our cap for a backup qb

1. Cleveland smiles. Since they own Phillys first round pick next year if the Eagles have to go with C. Daniels and a rookie at QB, that 1st could potentially be inside the top 10.

2. No. What incentive does Bradford have to either take a significant paycut or sign with Dallas?

He wants/needs to go someplace where he can be the starting QB so that he can resurrect his career and sign another big contract. In Dallas Bradford would be sitting on the bench behind Romo at a significantly reduced price.

For the life of Me I don't understand why people flock to this guy and want him to take their money.

He is a bust and chances are if he were not a former Sooner player here he would not have as much love.

How long does it take before someone says...nah, over rated.

He could be Romo's personal assistant/waterboy. He'd have to take a major paycut, though. Being around a real QB would be a new experience for him I'm sure.
