Robert Kraft needs to be knocked down a rung, but I'm pretty sure this entire "penalty" was actually passed by Kraft before hand anyhow. All this "we didn't do anything wrong" Kraft is spewing has probably been scripted a head of time anyhow. Just to make it look like the NFL isn't playing favoritism with the Pats.
