Breer says Crosby could be traded this week, Cowboys among the interested

What if the BPA options at 12 and 20 are a TE, WR and OL? Is Crosby better than those positions?

The draft could fall in a very bad way for Dallas….defensively.
I don’t see how. There are so many good prospects….sure you might miss out on the Ohio State guys and Bailey or Bain. Thienemenn won’t go top 11 nor will Faulk or Hunter…

I’m going to be upset if he’s traded for even a first-round pick. This is something Jerry would do. He probably didn't even consult with Parker regarding this trade if he goes to Dallas.

I hope not.

I don't think I like trading for Crosby. I'm getting Joey Galloway, Roy Williams vibes. Desperation move.

It'd be hard to complain, given the state of our team. But the idea of it makes me nervous, and I can't pin down why.
Similar to the trade for Cooper. That was fine and dandy, but also out of desperation. One player can help, but they're not putting you over the top.

I'd rather get Trey Hendrickson from FA. He doesn't cost picks. Then we have pick 12. Maybe get someone from free agency, and possibly make a trade for someone else. We need multiple players.

I would too, but I just don't think the front office will do that based on its FA philosophy. It has shown that it is willing to make trades. I has not shown that it is willing to pay for top free agents.

Frankly, most of the best moves we've made the past few years have been trades. Ideally, the team would use trades, the draft, expensive free agency and cheap free agency, but we know there's one of those it does not use.

That’s exactly the team I predicted. Khalil Mack part two.

I think the Bears feel they’re very close and they still have their quarterback under a rookie contract.

I think they’ll offer the most compensation.

Then you're being silly to be upset over that. Of course Crosby is costing at least a 1st. Tf you think you get all-pro players in their 20's for a bag of peanuts?

Hahahahahaaha

Not in this draft. Plus, Crosby is a 4–3 defensive end rather than a pass-rushing outside linebacker, and he will cost $30 million per year. We can get three quality linebackers for his one big, fat paycheck.

He can put two-hands on the ground just as well as three. He can play in any scheme. Vegas is moving to the 3-4 as well. This ‘he is strictly a 4-3 DE’ is nonsense.

That's my compensation, with a later pick next year thrown in or a player we can live without.
You're saying that the Boys need to throw in a late rd pick too? If the Raiders can't live with two 1st rd picks then no deal.....
