And Jerry said just in the last year that he regretted firing Wade mideason. Almost sounded like he realized he'd been duped by Garrett.

Back to Broaddus, it's cute that he thinks decision makers listen to him and will take his advice on players. If that's even remotely true, no wonder we suck.

I think this fan base and media are just so down now it’s hard to be positive.

We know any given week we can look elite. Or we could have a game like against the Bears.

It’s sad we just look at negatives and pretty much know we aren’t going to do well

He gives his opinion. Nothing more, nothing less. And he usually adds that the decision makers at the Star aren't listening to him anyway.

The bandwagon is hitched to Dak. That’s why they went with Brian S. in the first place. Jerry is not making a move, as firing a coach costs money and a new system for the QB this late in the game, the QB already demonstrating his limitations. And this means the offense is completely done, while investing in all these assets.

Keeping Garrett that long wasn’t about being duped. Jerry says that now, because he likes to push consistency at coaches positions, so he doesn’t have to pay them for sitting on the bench. He didn’t even fire Garrett, just let him play out his contract when all was said and done.

Shows this guy hasn't watched the overrated offense at all. memo: Our offense isn't much better than are defense regardless of stats. We didn't play a full Phili D with their best defensive player(Carter) out for spitting, same for packers missing Wyatt who held Dak scoreless before going out. Point is this offense is fools gold bc still has same guy that hasn't won anything at any level

I think I agree with all of this and I don't always agree with Broaddus. I think Cowboys fans are taking the Raiders too lightly. This game can go either way, Quinnen Williams or no Quinnen Williams. First, it is on the road and they don't play well on the road. Broaddus is right about the Cowboys secondary. They will make Geno Smith look like a star if he plays.
 
By the way, William’s brother is a free agent at the end of the year and I’ve seen him play. He’s a very good football player and we would do well to sign him for sure.

My guess is that's why we didn't give in to whatever the Jets' trade demands for him were -- he'd just be a rental for a month or two, so why give anything. Just sign him next year without giving up any picks.
