The Cowboys might limit Overshown to passing downs to ease him back into action, so that could mean he's asked to run and cover in his season debut.

Of course I am just speculating.

Raiders are better than most think, but cowboys are going to be different.

I agree Quinnin Williams will be a big difference maker , pressure numbers will go up. His presence will help Ezeiruaku and Clowney get home , and Osa will be more productive as well.

I think this fan base and media are just so down now it’s hard to be positive.

We know any given week we can look elite. Or we could have a game like against the Bears.

Well some of his points are about the defense which has been atrocious so it's hard to be anything but negative I would think.

that is a separate issue, people are making out like the Raiders are a good team, many of whom would call us crap if we were 2-7

well 1.5 wins more even if we lose, we still have a better record, and not sure one game decides who is better, if that were the case, you could claim Miami is better than Buffalo

Back to Broaddus, it's cute that he thinks decision makers listen to him and will take his advice on players. If that's even remotely true, no wonder we suck.

Jerry has plenty regrets. I only regret that he never learns from them.

I think many of us are assuming the worse is over.....not even close.

- the Cowboys should start the draft show process if they lose to the Raiders.

- the Cowboys have nobody who can block Max Crosby

- the Cowboys have nobody who can cover Bowers whatsoever. This is a huge matchup problem despite getting Hooker back.

- cowboy secondary is a huge problem

- not sure what to expect from overshown or revel

- he thought the Cowboys should have got Quinn Williams brother from the Jets as well who he considers a better linebacker than the guy we got back from Cincinnati. And he was available.

-Thinks we’ll see a better version of Kenny Clark now because of Williams.

- doesn’t think we can make a playoff run finishing four and four would be an accomplishment.
( the guys on the panel think we can make a run they didn’t agree with him completely)

- says Joe Brady and Mike McCarthy both won’tthe New York Giants job called it highly desirable with Nabors coming back dart and Skattebo

- says franchise tagging Pickens might be insulting and his agent will not be happy about that, and it might create some bad relations . Then he said I know some of the guys from the team listen and I highly advised him to start making cap room get rid of a lot of guys here and offer Pickens a contract.
He also said I don’t think they want to go 33 million to both wide receivers.

- says they’ll need to upset the Chiefs and Eagles to make it a season.

We haven't seen the current defense yet. When you put 4 new players out there you are making huge changes.

I think I agree with all of this and I don't always agree with Broaddus. I think Cowboys fans are taking the Raiders too lightly. This game can go either way, Quinnen Williams or no Quinnen Williams. First, it is on the road and they don't play well on the road. Broaddus is right about the Cowboys secondary. They will make Geno Smith look like a star if he plays.

He is absolutely right.

I expect a loss unless the offense just lights it up and goes for 2 points every score..

If they win, it'll be very close.

That's what I read. Suppose to be a free agent after this season.
