Ok, so there are 20 first round grades by their assessment. Of course, not every teams boards will be the same, but for this particular board, the 'boys will be assured of a 1st round talent at 19.

Jackson QB and Jones RB would likely be at the botttom of the 20 and neither one would be an option for us. Not to mention Hurst is listed and whether or not he is in consideration is based on medical research.

It is possible that even if the F.O. board matched theirs it is possible that we would be left with no 1st rd graded player at 19.

Like it when draft prospects are divided up like this, in formats like this.
Love it!

And as normal, it shows about 20 players worth taking in RD1.
Dallas' board usually has about 17-20. If they are gone, it makes the decision to trade down for you...especially your picking at 19 and not 30.

I dont agree with some of this (everyone is different) but do agree that CBZ favorites LVE, Hernandez and Moore maybe should not be taken at 19

A few guys jump out at me
Davenport with a 2nd round grade
Isiah Oliver with a 3rd round grade is silly. No way are there 7 corners better than him.
Jackson as the 2nd best QB. The same guys knocking Allen's accuracy like Jackson. smh

Assuming this matches the F. O. board, there are 20 1st round grades; it doesn't specify whether the player is #10 or #20, just that he's a 1st round talent. Therefore, mathematically, they'll get a 1st round talent. If this board were correct and matches every team's board, then these 20 players will be the first 20 taken. Obviously, we know that's not going to happen. But to your point, if it gets to 19 and the only 2 1st round graded players left are the 2 you mention, I would hope the F. O. trades down and picks up an additional 2nd or 3rd round pick. That would justify taking a 2nd round player in the last 12 picks of the 1st round.

Great board, hopefully you guys use this to construct your mock drafts.

Cowboys are going to have to trade out of the 1st round in order to get extra 2nd day (2nd & 3rd rounds) picks to 3rd day (5th round) picks since most good talent is available there. An extra 2nd, 3rd and possibly 5th rounder (include alternating late 5th round compensatory pick for earlier late 5th rounder) could be had by trading their 1st round #19th overal pick with the Buffalo Bills. That would leave the Cowboys with two 2nd round picks, two 3rds, two 4ths and two 5th rounders with still two 6th rounders and a 7th rounder to either use or bundle all three together to pick up an extra late 4th or early 5th rounder.

Looks like a nice sweet spot of DT's and LB's in the 3rd. If the actual draft shook out this way I would be very happy with a trade down that netted us an early 3rd.

Bates in the third would be outstanding.
If the RB Penny was there in the third you might have to give serious consideration to BPA. We weren't too good without Zeke last year.
This isn't a good year to try to replace Witten, none of them have a first round grade.

Surprised/bummed to see Senat as a round2 DT. Was hoping he still be there in round 4, pre proday/combine

Hearing more and more than Daniels has moved ahead of Hernandez. Would be fine if he was the pick after a move down

In the top 3 rounds they have:

13 WR
13 LB
10 DT
7 OG/C
6 S

Like I have been saying if you want a S or interior OL you need to pick them early.

Slight, slight nit.

8 OG/Cs - Nelson, Wynn, Hernandez, Corbett, Madison, Daniels, Price, Quessenberry.
