I am not sure I understand why this would be an attractive option unless you are trading down just to do so.

I am not a fan of what we are likely to have to pick from in the top five in this draft, but get real.

This is basically a draft that falls off a cliff after the top 10, if not the top 5.

It would take a king's ransom from the Jets to do this.

Don't take it seriously but if they're thinking QB at 4, then trade back up to take best available defensive player. Or maybe they really just want two guys in the top 25.

Could also be thinking they may get another 2nd, 3rd or future 1st by moving down. So they could essentially have 2 first round picks and a second by moving down a few picks at 4

Who knows.

Craziness. That kind of thing isn't being discussed this far out from the draft.

Broaddus was just responding to a fan's question about what it would take to move up to number 20. Broaddus said the Jets might be willing to move down from 20, but he never implied that we are looking to move up to 20. It might take a surprising fall from a top-10 player for us to consider that.

I see. So it was not even worth discussing. It was a dumb fan question. Thanks for the clarification, Adam.

Trade back from 4 to 7 to add an extra picks, take a top CB/DE/RB then trade back into the 1st for Lynch while keeping the same number of overall picks you started with? I may never say another bad word about Jerry Jones again if he can pull that off.

I think its a strong possibility if 1) Dallas finds a trade partner 2) Lynch is available in the 20's

I think if anything they should trade down.

Rams 15+ 43 + 2017 2nd Rd pick to move up for a QB

Dallas in that scenario could conceivably end up with Dodd, Jackson III and one of the second Rd QB's.

We are sitting on plenty of cap space for something-Fredbread's new contract? Two first round picks?

I would ask for both the Rams 2nd round picks. Owner owes Jerry for helping him move to LA.:)

Elliot at 4, Paxton at 20. Sit back with popcorn and watch the chaos ensure on this board.

This was my first thought.....and I would be fine with this. Well as of today I would be...after some thought for a few few weeks, may change my mind. But I would not complain.
