Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott will hold his first youth football camp in Texas this summer.

Prescott's public relations team made the announcement Wednesday, saying the camp will run June 24-25 at Lake Dallas High School in Corinth.

The two-day camp will cost $249 per athlete and is open to boys and girls of all skill levels between grades 1 through 8.

"Participants will learn fundamental football skills and have the opportunity to meet and interact with the quarterback. Each camper will receive a souvenir autograph from Dak and a team photo with Dak," organizers said.

Prescott's camp has a host of corporate sponsors and is organized by ProCamps Worldwide, a company specializing in instructional camps tied to professional athletes. The company also produces Jason Witten's ProCamp and another for Prescott in Louisiana.

Registration information can be found here: DakPrescottCamp.com.

I've been up there a lot of time - Soccer Referee.
Be there tonight.

Nice complex to use - full turf stadium field.

That use to be a question that didn't need to be asked. Time Changes all...
Well to be transparent about it all, the contact for Witten's Pro Camp didn't hold up his end of the bargain a few times, after Hostile stepped down and transferred the management of it to me. And that's his right if he felt more connected to Hostile. But I felt that CZ got the shaft when being acknowledged as a contributor for some kids. We weren't asking for big ticket sponsorship signage, but maybe a Thank you email after receiving the donation. Perhaps, a certificate of acknowledgement. Pics of some kids. Something. I don't think the fans who contributed their money, on behalf of CZ, got rewarded, other than knowing they did a good thing.

So, I'm not a fan of the Pro Camp organization. They're like the official youth camp organizer for players, but they seem very disconnected to fan sites like us, IMO. If there are other player camps, NOT managed by Pro Camp, people can PM me and I'll look into reaching out and seeing if it's something CZ should do.

But PLEASE don't think it's because things have changed so much that sponsoring a couple of kids to a youth camp would be outside of the norm for this site.

Nothing like fleecing kids out of their money for two days of just have everyone else around you be great and you'll get all the credit speeches.

It depends on the camps. My kids have benefited greatly from the camps that they have attended.
