Yes. the Cowboys have as at least as much talent as the Rams do. Most people think the Cowboys have more.

That leaves it up to the players to execute and the coaching staff to scheme and put them into a position to succeed. And if the players didn't execute, that is also the coaching staff's fault because they are supposed to have them ready to play. This is professional football. This isn't little league.

This coaching staff gets no benefit of the doubt. It has no accomplishments in an eight year process.

Team is Bipolar.

We dominate the Giants in first game
We get dominated by the Broncos in the second game.

We get our butt kicked for most of the first half of the cardinals game but turn around and kick but in the second to win it.

We kick but in the first half of the Rams game but turn around and get our butts kicked in the second to lose it.

Bi-polar team

Which means anywhere from a 7-9,8-8 to 9-7 finish if we continue this route.
Your backside is called your butT. If you want to replace the word "however", you say "but". Hope that helps.

I believe that the players have begun to tune Garrett out. I would love to bring in Tom Herman & his entire crew to run the team. Whenever he leaves a team, they get worse. Whenever he joins a team, they play balls to the wall & get better. No better testament that I can give to any HC. Ohio State had three QBs who could have been Heisman Trophy candidates while Herman was there. Braxton Miller was a preseason Heisman candidate. He gets hurt-throw in J.T. Barrett, who plays lights out. He gets hurt-throw in Cardale Jones, who has an historic run through the playoffs. Herman leaves-not one of those QBs is even close to the same player-EVER! He joins Houston & they kick butt & become relevant. He joins Texas-a really bad team- & takes Southern Cal to double overtime before losing in only his third game. If he remains at Texas, they will challenge for the title. He believes in tough guy football, & that's what this team desperately needs.

Same thing happened against the Falcons in 2015. We came out hot scoring 28 points in the first half. Running all over them. Falcons made adjustments at the half and shut our offense down in the 2nd half. Due to our lack of offense, Falcons feasted on our tired defense in the second half and we lost.

Same story every year.

Dallas quit running the ball. WHY they do that is completely insane. The score dictated run the ball, eat the clock.

Dak cannot yet take this team on his shoulders ala Air Coryell..............it's maddening.

The former comment is spot on.

The latter comment. We should not even want to see that. Unless it's only way at that point of game.

anybody factor in fatigue? This was their second game in 6 days and the Rams hadn't played in 9 days. even young bodies need R&R. That being said, they just got outplayed in all 3 phases. The Rams played like a hungry team.

"Out coached" is too easy, too convenient, and used too often. Do coaches make mistakes? Of course. So do the players.

Offensive line play wasn't good enough. Dak wasn't good enough. Defense wasn't good enough. Coach all you want, the players still have to execute. Frankly, I just don't think we have a lot of good players on defense, and our passing offense is too easy to defend. It's not just one thing.

So if every unit on your team wasn't good enough, doesn't that mean that your coaches didn't get the team to take this game seriously?

Literally exactly what I was going to type.

How many times does this have to happen before fans stop making excuses for Garrett.

The talent (on offense) is there. Need to find a coach who is going to 1) utilize that talent in an aggressive, creative way and 2) demands that more talent is added to the defense and won't just rely on "Marinelli coaching them up" or "infusion of youth" nonsense. Actual talent that upgrades the defense.

I agree, other teams scheme to get the ball to the top WRs, create matchups etc. Yet Garrett does the same crap. In the first half he was moving Elliott out for passes, second half, he wasn't.

Absolutely outcoached. Look at how and where the Rams attacked us. Marinelli has the safeties lined up so deep they're somewhere in Frisco.

Defensively Wade showed after halftime why he's been one of the better D.Coordinators over 3 decades.

From the Newsfeed Zone ...
they nailed what occured...when you have young players it is the duty of the coaching to make up the slack and again our inability to adjust to opposing defense game plan and their own adjustments are the cause of this loss...i hope to hear Garrett and Linehan and Marinelli take the
bullet this week
