The NFL is making a big production of tonight's game, but are you buying it?
After sending only two players to the Pro Bowl the last two years (2013: Jason Witten and Anthony Spencer; 2012: DeMarcus Ware and Jay Ratliff) the Cowboys will be represented at the 2014 Bizarro Bowl by five players. DeMarco Murray, Tyron Smith, and Jason Hatcher will be playing for one team, while Dez Bryant and Jason Witten will be playing for the other team, in what the NFL is calling an "unconferenced" format.
But is that enough to make you watch tonight's game?
If recent history is anything to go by, it should at least be a high-scoring game. The last three Pro Bowls saw combined scores of 96, 100 and 97 points each.
You can watch the 2014 Pro Bowl on Sunday at 7:30 PM ET from Aloha Stadium live on NBC. The NFL is billing it as a "new-and-improved-Pro Bowl", but personally, I'm not feeling terribly excited. Perhaps if they had brought back a proper skill competition ...
Let us know in the poll below whether you plan on tuning in tonight.
Poll
Are you going to tune in to the Pro Bowl tonight?
- Of course. It's football.
- I'll probably watch parts of it.
- Dude, seriously! No way.
- I just finished painting something, and now I need to go watch the paint dry.
