Roughly two weeks ago it was reported that the Dallas Cowboys had a meeting in April set up for Alabama running back Derrick Henry. About a week later, the Cowboys signed Alfred Morris to compete with Darren McFadden for lead dog duties in the Cowboys backfield. At that point, it might have been assumed the Cowboys were not interested in spending what would likely be their second-round pick (#34 overall) on the Crimson Tide running back. But Henry told NFL.com that he's still got a meeting scheduled with the Cowboys.

Henry's style of running would fit nicely with the Cowboys preferred zone-blocking scheme. He's a one-cut, downhill runner with a punishing physical style. Plenty of pundits have compared him to an Eddie George type back. The Cowboys backfield would become awfully crowded if they did pick up Henry, but Darren McFadden is only under contract for this year and Morris only through 2017. And there is always the injury issue at running back, a position that really takes a pounding. McFadden especially has had a history of struggling to finish a season.

So we put the question to you BTB. Would you still consider drafting Henry in the second round? If not, would you consider a running back in later rounds? If so, who is your favorite?
