Keep track of everything related to Cowboys vs. Seahawks in the Wild Card Round of the NFL Playoffs as Dallas hosts the Seahawks on Saturday night.
We’ve known for over a week now that the Dallas Cowboys will be playing in the Wild Card Round of the NFL Playoffs, but during Week 17 the details surrounding their game were established. Dallas will host the Seattle Seahawks this Saturday night on FOX.
It’s the second matchup of the season for Dallas and Seattle as the two met way back in Week 3. The Seahawks won that matchup 24-13, but the Cowboys were a way different team then. They didn’t have Amari Cooper at receiver or Leighton Vander Esch hunting wolves full time. Not to mention the Seahawks had Earl Thomas and will be without him come Saturday.
Speaking of Thomas, he made quite the impact when these teams met at AT&T Stadium in the penultimate game of 2017. It was an effective playoff game for both squads and afterwards Thomas chased down Jason Garrett... you know the rest.
Dak Prescott is coming off of tossing the most touchdowns he ever has in a game and Ezekiel Elliott is the NFL’s rushing king. Tyron Smith and Zack Martin will likely be back, needless to say the Cowboys are going to have their best pieces ready for battle.
Will it be enough to stop Russell Wilson, Doug Baldwin, and the signal-stealing ways of Seattle? We’ll find out come Saturday and it will be a lot of fun.
