Here are your starts and sits for Week 13 of NFL action.

It’s that time again. Here are your fantasy start and sits for Week 13.

NOTE: This is a list of players who are on the bubble when it comes to deserving a starting spot for the week. Obvious choices won’t be mentioned, and likewise - some under-the-radar guys, will. Advising you to start Tom Brady offers no value to you as a fantasy owner.

Must Start Players

QUARTERBACK

Alex Smith, KC vs. Falcons

Just for the sheer fact that this game is likely to be a pass-a-thon, it makes Alex Smith a good option. Smith is having a decent season and he was fitting balls in tight windows against the Broncos on Sunday night. That connection between Smith and Travis Kelce will be a highlight.

Colin Kaepernick, SF vs. Bears

Kaepernick has actually played quite well for the 49ers though that hasn't transpired into wins. He gets the Bears this week who are giving up on average 19.1 points per game to quarterbacks. He has eclipsed 19 points in each of the last four games.

RUNNING BACK

Jordan Howard, CHI vs. 49ers

All you need to know about keeping Jordan Howard in your starting lineup is the fact that the 49ers are dreadful at stopping running backs. they have allowed the most yards (1,637), most touchdowns (17), and the most points to runners at 27.3 points per game.

Spencer Ware, KC vs. Falcons

Ware hasn't really been the runner that some fantasy owners would have hoped he would be. However, his luck could change this week with a matchup with the Falcons. Atlanta has surrendered the third-most points to running backs with 22.2 points per game.

WIDE RECEIVER

Tyrell Williams, SD vs. Buccaneers

In four of his last five games, Tyrell has scored at least 12 points. He's a good option to continue to stream as he's got the Buccaneers who have given up 28 points or more to receivers six times this season.

Michael Thomas, NO v.s. Lions

Thomas has been having a rookie year to remember and has become Drew Brees' best option at wideout. You have to keep him up this week against the Lions who have given up five touchdown passes and have allowed 24.9 points per game to receivers on the road.

TIGHT END

Zach Ertz, PHI vs. Bengals

Ertz has been on a tear as of late and he should be played again this week in a matchup with the Bengals. Cincinnati has given up the third-most yards to tight ends and the fourth-most points (10.2 per game).

Kyle Rudolph, MIN v.s. Cowboys

In a season where finding good performances from tight ends have been scarce, Rudolph makes perfect sense this week after being targeted 10 times last week. The Cowboys haven't handled tight ends all that well and are giving up about nine points per game.

DEFENSE

New England Patriots vs. Rams

The Patriots haven't been the defense you would want to stream every week but this week is different. Rookie quarterbacks haven't done well historically in Foxboro and the Rams are turning the ball over with reckless abandonment.

Take A Seat, Sucka

QUARTERBACK

Ryan Tannehill, MIA vs. Ravens

Tannehill has been lights out as of late but I would expect a drop off this week against a tough defense in the Baltimore Ravens. Baltimore has held four visiting passers to less than 13 points this season. This isn't the week for Miami to stay hot.

Andy Dalton, CIN vs. Eagles

Without A.J. Green, Dalton had one of his worst performances and stat lines. He doesn't have the weapons to throw it up to at this point and the Eagles are a great defense. Philly has been a struggling defense away from home but this doesn't seem like a good matchup for the Red Rifle.

RUNNING BACK

Jerick McKinnon, MIN v.s. Cowboys

McKinnon has continued to decline to almost a wasted player on the roster for the Vikings. He still has been getting carries but for fantasy owners, those carries end in the red zone. Dallas has given up the third-fewest points to running backs all season.

Rob Kelley, WAS vs. Cardinals

Kelley has been a favorite of fantasy owners this season but be prepared to keep him on the bench this week. In their last five home games, the Cardinals have averaged 6.2 points per game to opposing runners and zero rushing touchdowns.

WIDE RECEIVER

Randall Cobb, GB vs. Texans

Cobb started the year hot but has been cold for a while now. It's time to place Cobb on the bench for this game against a good defense. The Texans have only given up eight touchdowns and the third-fewest points to opposing receivers this season.

Marvin Jones, DET vs. Saints

His complete pitfall continues to crash towards the ground. New Orleans may seem like a good matchup on paper but Jones cannot take advantage of any favorable matchups right now. Keep him on the bench until he shows that he still has a pulse.

TIGHT END

Dennis Pitta, BAL v.s. Dolphins

Pitta was on a roll and was fantasy football's most-targeted tight end but now has seen his catches and looks decline. He's been unable to exploit his matchups and this week against the Dolphins will be no different.

Jack Doyle, IND v.s. Jets

Doyle was another tight end that was on a hot streak and has now seen a dramatic decline in opportunities. He's only had four targets in the last two games. He hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 7. The Jets have only allowed three passing touchdowns to tight ends all season long.

DEFENSE

Minnesota Vikings v.s. Cowboys

The Vikings have the highest scoring defense in fantasy football but 70% of those points were scored in the first five games. now they have a matchup with the Cowboys' offense who have only surrendered an average of 1.5 points per game to defenses.

Must-Start Dallas Cowboy of the Week:

Rod's Orphans- Last week they were not a good start against the Commanders but that changes this week. The Vikings are so beat up on the offensive line that it has been very hard for their offense to move the ball. This is a game where the Cowboys may finally be able to force a turnover.

Must-Sit Dallas Cowboy of the Week:

Jason Witten- He's failed to score more than six points in the past three games. The Vikings may give up yards to the position but they don't give up points with only two touchdowns on the year.
