Here are your starts and sits for week 8 of NFL action.

It’s that time again. Here are your fantasy start and sits for Week 8.

NOTE: This is a list of players who are on the bubble when it comes to deserving a starting spot for the week. Obvious choices won’t be mentioned, and likewise - some under-the-radar guys, will. Advising you to start Tom Brady offers no value to you as a fantasy owner.

Must Start Players

QUARTERBACK

Jameis Winston, TB vs. Raiders

Winston has been hot and cold this season but I'll take any quarterback that is playing the Oakland Raiders. They have given up on average 19 points per contest to opposing passers. Four times this season, Oakland has given 20+ points and have already allowed 13 passing touchdowns on the season.

Ryan Fitzpatrick, NYJ vs. Browns

Fitzy has been much-maligned this season but give him one more chance to win your hearts. He describes himself as disgruntled and 'pissed off', I would be too if I lead the league in interceptions. The Browns have allowed almost 19 points per game to opposing quarterbacks and the are allowing the second-most points per contest.

RUNNING BACK

Spencer Ware, KC vs. Colts

Ware is still getting the bulk of the carries as they ease in Jamaal Charles. Last week, Ware had 131 scrimmage yards, one touchdown, and 19.1 fantasy points. This week he gets a matchup against a soft running defense that has allowed the fourth-most points per game (24.7 PPG) to runners.

Jacquizz Rodgers, TB vs. Raiders

Rodgers has made the list for three weeks in a row and he's a great start again this week. In just two games, he's had 62 touches and has played 80% of the snaps. The Oakland Raiders haven't been able to stop the run very well this season and Rodgers has become a feature back for the Bucs.

WIDE RECEIVER

Larry Fitzgerald, ARI vs. Panthers

Larry may be the oldest ride in the park but he's still putting forth a solid fantasy effort. It helps this week by getting the Carolina Panthers who haven't been able to stop a nosebleed let alone a wide receiver. The Panthers are giving up an average of 33.3 points to receivers in their last few games before the bye.

Michael Crabtree, OAK vs. Buccaneers

In four games this season, the Bucs have surrendered 28 points to opposing wide receivers. Not only is Amari Cooper a start but Crabtree just got 15 points last week, give him the nod for the second week in a row against a leaky defense.

TIGHT END

Jimmy Graham, SEA vs. New Orleans Saints

At one time, I was over here telling you guys to drop Graham and you should be glad to not have listened to me then. Graham has bailed out Russell Wilson a few times as he's dealt with various injuries. This week Graham gets to face his old team and a horrendous secondary. NOLA has allowed 11.1 points per game to the tight end position.

Travis Kelce, KC v.s. Colts

Though he had a bad week last week, he's only scored less than 8 points in two contests. Against the Colts, who have allowed almost 500 yards to the position, expect Kelce to be back to his contributing ways this Sunday.

DEFENSE

San Diego Chargers vs. Broncos

Since Joey Bosa has been in the fold, the Chargers defense has performed quite well. Two weeks ago, San Diego was able to get two sacks and two fumble recoveries. The Broncos are disguised by a great defense but you can count on their offense to cough it up once or twice.

Take A Seat, Sucka

QUARTERBACK

Philip Rivers, SD v.s. Broncos

In the last contest, two weeks ago, Rivers only accumulated 11.1 fantasy points. The Broncos' defense is still perhaps the best in football. Denver only allowed 25 combined points between Andrew Luck and Matt Ryan. Rivers is quite possibly the sit of the week.

Tyrod Taylor, BUF vs. New England Patriots

As good as Taylor has been on Buffalo's little win streak, one of his worst performances was in a win against the Patriots earlier this season. New England is allowing less than 17 points per outing to quarterbacks and without LeSean McCoy, don't expect this Bills' offense to be rolling.

RUNNING BACK

Darren Sproles, PHI v.s. Cowboys

People sometimes seem to hold onto fantasy kings of the past when they should just let them go. Sproles hasn't been near the weapon he once was and I wouldn't count on a big performance against the Cowboys. Sproles has had one good game this season and it was against the Steelers. Since then? Nothing.

Jerick McKinnon, MIN vs. Bears

Breaking News: We were all wrong about the Vikings' running game; it doesn't exist. They have an offensive line that is starting to give them all sorts of problems and they can't block for the run either. McKinnon has lost any role he had to Matt Asiata as a pass-catcher out of the backfield.

WIDE RECEIVER

Travis Benjamin, SD vs. Broncos

Benjamin just isn't the performer anyone expected him to be and he's starting to get dropped in many leagues. Without any other complements such as Danny Woodhead and Keenan Allen, Benjamin has been a bust week after week. Don't expect that to change against the Broncos who have a great secondary.

Alshon Jeffery, CHI vs. Vikings

Jeffery has been a large disappointment as the Bears have been riddled with injuries at key positions. The Vikings are very tough on receivers allowing the second-fewest points per game to the position. Jeffery was supposed to be the man for the Bears but instead, he's been one of the biggest letdowns of the season.

TIGHT END

Coby Fleener, NO vs. Seahawks

Fleener has become a great target for Drew Brees but the matchup is too unfavorable this week. The Seahawks have only been giving up 5.1 points per game to tight ends this season. Fleenor is a must-bench for this week against a rockin' defense right now.

Zack Ertz, PHI vs. Cowboys

Ertz has been a disappointment once again this fantasy season. He's scored just a little over seven fantasy points in the past three games combined. The Cowboys haven't given up much to him in the past, with only 12.5 points in the last four meetings combined.

DEFENSE

Green Bay Packers v.s. Falcons

Though they are coming off a 12-point, solid finish against the Bears. Chicago is a far cry from the offense they will face this week. In fact, Atlanta is only allowing a measly 3.4 points per game to opposing defenses. It's time to pack them up for this week.

Must-Start Dallas Cowboy of the Week:

Dak Prescott - Fantasy owners love that Prescott's floor is mighty high with at least 17.5 points scored in each game. In three road contests, the Eagles have allowed 17+ points to opposing quarterbacks. If Dak and Dallas get the run game going, they could very well be in good shape against the Eagles' secondary.

Must-Sit Dallas Cowboy of the Week:

Dez Bryant- I know that Dez has done "Dez-ling" things against the Eagles in the past but I don't expect him to go off in his first game back from his hairline fracture. It may take Dez a few weeks to get going, I would expect bigger games from his compliment of receivers.
