A look at how the Super Bowl odds have changed since February for all 32 teams.
Longtime readers know that we regularly chronicle the Super Bowl odds for all teams here on Blogging The Boys. We do this because because Vegas is always an interesting indicator of where public opinion - and money - is concentrating.
Free agency and the draft are in the books, which means now is a good time to turn our eyes to Vegas once again to see which teams moved up or down the list of Super Bowl favorites.
In their latest Super Bowl odds, the William Hill sportsbook in Vegas has listed the Patriots as heavy favorites to win it all next season. The Patriots were originally listed as 4-1 favorites by William Hill in February, and have now moved up to 3-1 odds.
The Raiders have the second-best odds at 15/2 (up from 12/1) in February, while the Cowboys have the third-best Super Bowl odds, even if they got slightly worse (from 7-1 to 8-1).
As usual, keep in mind that the odds offered by the bookmakers don't necessarily reflect the actual chances of teams actually winning the Super Bowl. These odds are set to encourage betting and to make sure that the money being bet is spread 50/50 on both sides of the bet (the key to remaining a profitable bookmaker).
The shift in the odds for the Patriots and Raiders suggests those teams are seeing a lot of early betting action, and the odds for the Cowboys could easily have been set to lure the millions of Cowboys fans in the betting public to get in on the action. While the current odds reflect the bookmakers' best guess as to where the action will remain even on both sides of the bet, the bookmakers could easily adjust the odds to reflect the public's betting pattern, especially if more money keeps coming in on the Patriots and Raiders.
In any case, William Hill has the Cowboys behind the Raiders, but ahead of other early post-season favorites. Per 5/6/2016, William Hill has the Packers (17/2) sitting right behind the Cowboys, and the Falcons (12/1), Seahawks (12/1), and Steelers (12/1) not far behind.
Here are the Super Bowl odds for all 32 teams so far this offseason.

Keep in mind, being the early season favorite has not always proven helpful in the postseason, nor has it stopped the underdogs from making a splash: The Falcons started the 2016 season with 40-1 odds but still went all the way to the Super Bowl, while the Cardinals, Bengals, and Panthers started strong with 15-1 odds but failed to even make the playoffs.
We'll see how it goes this year.
