Friday is mock draft day and we have nine of the freshest and juiciest mocks handpicked for your mock draft pleasure.
30 of the NFL's 32 teams are now in full-blown draft prep mode. The Senior Bowl has come and the next big pre-draft event is the NFL Combine, which starts at the end of the month.
Some of the draft's big guns have already released their early mocks and many mockers have been frantically updating their mocks based on their impressions of the Senior Bowl.
A third of the players mocked the Cowboys' way this week are offensive players. Is this the start of a trend or simply a fluke?
David Njoku, TE, Miami
Bleacher Report (Sobleski), Jan 30 Miami tight end David Njoku has just started to scratch the surface of his potential. He's a tremendous athlete at 6'4" and 245 pounds. He captured a national championship in boys' high jump in 2014. As a redshirt sophomore, Njoku finished third on the Hurricanes with 43 receptions for 698 yards and eight touchdowns.With Witten's inevitable decline and backup Gavin Escobar about to enter free agency, the Cowboys could add another big-time weapon to a potent offense to pair with last year's rookies - Prescott and Elliott - for the next decade.
O.J. Howard, TE, Aalabama
The Sportsbank, Jan 31 Tight ends are like centers these days, not often receiving a first round valuation, but this guy is too valuable to pass up. Corey Davis, WR, Western Michigan
Walter Football (Charlie), Jan 30 As a senior, Davis amassed 97 receptions for 1,500 yards and 19 touchdowns. Sources say the 6-foot-3, 205-pound Davis is long and athletic. He has impressed evaluators with good route-running, hands and deceptive speed. They like his run-after-the-catch skills and size. Davis was banged up somewhat in 2015, but still produced, totaling 90 receptions for 1,436 yards with 12 touchdowns. In 2014, Davis was excellent with 78 catches for 1,408 yards and 15 touchdowns. He had quality production as a freshman as well (67-941-6).
Malik McDowell, DE/DT, Michigan State
SB Nation (Kadar), Jan 30 During his Michigan State career, McDowell bounced back and forth between end and tackle. If his size remains in the 6’6 and 275-pound range, which is how he was listed at Michigan State, his best NFL position could be on the edge.Derek Barnett, DE, Tennessee

Do they go with a cornerback like Tabor, Marlon Humphrey or Jourdan Lewis, or nab one of several worthy edge rushers? Drafttek, Feb 2 Sidney Jones started 12 of 13 games as a Freshman and earned All-Pac-12 honors in both his Sophomore and Junior campaigns. The Huskie CB has been described as a "Casino Corner", having 9 career INT's, 27 pass breakups, and 3 forced fumbles. This trait will be music to the ears of DC Rod Marinelli as he preaches the importance of turnovers, an admitted shortcoming in the Cowboys' defensive backfield.
