BTB: Ryan Williams turned down 10 NFL teams this year

What if it wasn't 10 teams, but 10 times? Perhaps the same team approached Williams several weeks in a row and then a couple of other teams also inquired.

so, here is how I see it:

There is a knock on his door. Ryan gets up to see who it is and sees someone racing away in their car; he looks quizzically at a paper bag that is bursting at the seams sitting at his stoop; he opens the bag and see's loose $20's stuffed inside with a note saying "There's another bag every month if you JUST SAY NO to other teams to try and sign you...."

Is Arizona still on the hook for Williams' salary?

I don't think so.

The remainder of Ryan Williams' rookie contract signing bonus is hitting Arizona's cap this year as dead money ($0.535442K) but I doubt his base salaries were fully guaranteed since he was a second round selection.
