As per 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, here's how much cap room each of the NFC East teams has:
Philadelphia Eagles: $22,466,188.00
Dallas Cowboys: $8,124,208.00
New York Giants: $3,308,682.00
Washington Commanders: $1,413,440.00
That doesn't mean of course that the Eagles are particularly frugal or that the Commanders have been handing out bloated contracts - far from it. But instead of taking a deep-dive into each team's cap situation, today let's look at the NFC East All-Cap team - the players with the highest 2013 salary cap numbers at their positions.

Running back: LeSean McCoy, Eagles ($4.9 million)

Tight end: Brent Celek, Eagles ($4.5 million)

DEFENSE
Edge Rushers: Anthony Spencer, Cowboys ($10.6 million) and DeMarcus Ware ($8.1 million)
Defensive Tackles: Barry Cofield, Commanders ($6.3 million) and Jay Ratliff ($4.1 million)
Inside linebackers: DeMeco Ryans, Eagles ($6.7 million), London Fletcher, Commanders ($6.2 million), and Perry Riley, Commanders ($1.5 million)
Cornerbacks: Brandon Carr, Cowboys ($5.4 million) and Corey Webster, Giants ($5.4 million)
Safeties: Antrel Rolle, Giants ($9.3 million) and Patrick Chung, Eagles ($3 million)
SPECIAL TEAMS
Kicker: Alex Henery, Eagles ($0.7 million)
Punter: Steve Weatherford, Giants ($2.5 million)
Keeping in mind though that the cap charge is just funny money used for accounting purposes, overall the Eagles have the most players on this All-Cap team with eight, followed by the Giants and Cowboys with six each. The Commanders bring up the rear with four players.
