Read what fans of other teams had to say as they were watching the Cowboys clobber the Lions on Monday Night Football.
That turned out to be an enjoyable Monday Night Football game - at least from a Cowboys perspective. Here's your chance to re-live the Lions game from other fans' perspective, understand how other fans view the Dallas Cowboys, witness the horror in people's reactions as they watch a couple of rookies shred one opponent after another, and read how other fans grudgingly, angrily, or dejectedly realize that the 2016 Cowboys are pretty good.
As usual, all quotes below are taken directly from the open game threads from the SB Nation team sites indicated in front of every comment. Some minor edits have been made to improve the overall legibility of the quotes and to satisfy the site guidelines of our board, but no other changes have been made, no commentary added.
Enjoy!

Patriots Cowboys win by less than 7. Lions have a tendency to try and comeback I think.Posted by Mindkrak on Dec 26, 2016 | 7:39 PM
Lions Deadpool is the Cowboys QB coach [ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wade_Wilson_(American_football) ]. How can we compete with that? They have a bona fide superhero on the sidelines.

Lions Please Detroit, just win!!! Surrounded by too many Packer fans who have become temporary Cowboys fans lately.

Giants At least some people recognize the significance of a purely dominant and HEALTHY offensive line...wish some people in particular around the Meadowlands would recognize that importance too.

Giants I am already getting nauseous hearing about this great Dallas Oline. Whatever man.....Let’s go Lions.

Eagles Prediction: Detroit plays like crap and Dak Prescott is the next Tom Brady. Because life as a Birds fan is eternal suffering and God wants us to know he hates us.
Posted by Kwahu on Dec 26, 2016 | 8:45 PM
Eagles Seeing Dallas have a great coach in Jason Garrett sucks. Who knows how Doug Pederson turns out, I hope he is great. But how Cowboys fans want Jason Garrett fired or think he isn’t good, really boggles my mind. He is winning with a rookie backfield, he is a former QB and likely helped Prescott tremendously transition to the NFL. You have to give Jerry Jones credit for sticking with Garrett. We all mock him and all that. It pains me to say, but Jason Garrett is a good coach, maybe even great coach.

Basically, the people at PoD see one person blaming the refs, see it as an easy way to excuse the failings of the team, and express the same views; and thus, infect more people, until the entire board believes they are victims of the refs.

Lions 2016 penalties by and against the Lions through week 15: penalties by the Lions—90 for 769 yards. Penalties that benefitted the Lions—a 104 for 857 yards. Half your posts are whining and *****ing about the refs or the league. You can think what you want but the facts are that Shoddy tackling, poor blocking and a quarterback who is a poor mans Brett Favre is what always derails Detroit.

Bears Just read the game thread at POD. They are the Whiniest fan base ever. It is nauseating and is why I have no sympathy for them and want them to go down in flames.Posted by tfrabotta on Dec 26, 2016 | 11:35 PM
Packers The entirety of PoD is like a group of facebook friends re-linking the same fake news story to each other over and over and getting mad about the fake news they believe wholeheartedly is real, and then when somebody points out that it isn’t actually real they scream and yell about how blind that person is and how they are a troll or an idiot for ignoring reality. That whole page just needs to be burned to the ground. I mean, ban anyone who ever posted there from the entire internet and try to start over, burned to the ground. Find any physical computer on which the archives of the site might be stored and go full Office Space on it.
