The BTB glitterati weigh in with their picks for the Week 2 games.
At the end of Week 2, no more than 13 teams will be able to claim a perfect 2-0 record, leaving at least 19 clubs at 1-1 or 0-2. The NFL informs us that since realignment in 2002, 86 of the 144 playoff teams (59.7 percent) began the year at either 1-1 or 0-2, including five of the eight division champions in 2013 (Panthers, Bengals, Packers, Colts, Eagles). So not all is lost for teams that lost their season opener.
Today we take a stab at predicting this weekend's game outcomes. Oh, and a little shocker right up front: this week we're taking the Cowboys unanimously.
Below are our Week 2, 2014 picks. Agree, disagree, and do you think it will be redemption time for Tony Romo and the Cowboys? Let us know in the comments section.

This year, in addition to the front page writers, were adding a column for the BTB users who are participating in our Pick 256 challenge.
Pick 256 is a season-long contest in which BTB members and readers get to pick the straight-up winners for all games each week. If you haven't yet submitted your picks yet, now would be a good time, here's the link to the entry form.
We currently have a little over 340 pick submissions, which means there's plenty of room for more. If you haven't done so yet, you can still submit your picks until kickoff of the Steelers @ Ravens game tonight. You can see where the popular vote is trending for each game (as per early this morning) in the table above.
It is perhaps worth noting that of the 340 pick submissions, only four submissions have picked the exact 16 winners outlined as the consensus picks in the Pick 256 column above.
