Caleb Williams was in the exact situation Dak was in

Yep agree with what you're saying, but im sure we'd get the same old posters arguing that Dak's better than Caleb......which in this instance actually reverses the point, as the point is that these QB's, regardless of ranking (another of the 'Fans' arguments), Willams (Purdy, Allen and Stanford) all managed it, when it mattered.
The bottom line!!! "Better" in what universe? The one that matters is the one where games are played and results are tallied.

I think Dak's comments after the season and during that Hard Knocks OL dinner said a lot. He thinks he had an amazing year. As long as he puts up big numbers during the regular season, everything is great as far as he's concerned.
Bingo!!! I said during the season he seemed RELIEVED the defense was so bad...this way no one can come at him. So because "his side" was good...it was a great year.

But hold on Dak...if you didn't wet the bed against AZ and Chicago....just those two wins alone might change the season to be in contention for a playoff spot. Does that matter?

No...because that 3 game win streak - he imagines - absolves him from any criticism. It's funny....a lot of his supporters take the same stance: He had a great season due to stats...

Not really the same situation. Bears defense played better in the 2nd half... allowed only 6 points.

Cowboys defense went from bad to worse. continued to stink into the 2nd half. But its convenient for you to say they're the same situation.

Yeah, if we're down by 3 TDs, it's over. But Caleb's D didn't give up 45 points. In order for any QB to come back, the D has to make stops.

against GB, at home, in the playoffs...except it was freezing outside.

And he willed his team to victory.

Brock Purdy had no Aiyuk, no Kittle...and won on the road.

$60mm for the not-best-QB in our division, conference or league.
Look they're just going to blame the defense. If we trade a franchised Pickens or something next year to improve the defense, it will then be because we don't have the weapons.

And so it goes..

Well, for one Caleb wasn't throwing the ball to other team GIVING THEM POINTS TOO...so there's that.

Yall do love running track for Dak. Caleb was down by more at halftime and his team believed in him...meanwhile...everyone knows the deer in headlights look for Dak...

Lol, what a silly post! The only reason they were even in that GB at the time was because of Dak.
And didn't Dak just beat the same Eagles team a little while back after being down by 21?

As for Williams he threw 2 really stupid ints, **** the bed vs the lions the previous week and beat a a packers team who lost 5 in a row and we're missing Wyatt and Parsons!
He shouldn't have had to comeback!

The only reason we were out of it...was because of Dak TOO. He gave the D 6 points, Caleb didn't. He also threw another pick which led to points, Caleb didn't.

In fact, he rallied his team in the 2nd half.

The previous week is week 18. WHO CARES ABOUT A MEANINGLESS GAME? BTW, did you know Caleb is in his 2nd year and Dak is in his 9th? Did you know Dak is the all-time highest paid PLAYER IN NFL HISTORY FOR 2 YEARS AND COUNTING...and Caleb isn't?

Thanks for playing.

Lol,
Did you know Caleb isn't a very good QB!

Talk about a "silly post". Caleb isn't a very good QB and yet...he's already got to the divisional round in year 2...with a team that was dead last year. Also beat Dak and outplayed him this year.

Don't compare a 2nd year player to Dak...it'll get embarrassing after awhile. Do yourself a favor and get to know other QBs ...instead of looking for reasons your overpaid, non-playoff QB is "better" than the guys he can't beat.

Lol,
And Jayden Daniels did it last year.
And then he didn't have the luxury of playing one of the weakest schedules in the league!

Dak makes his bones off beating bad Giants and Commanders teams for a decade now. Caleb's division is beyond competitive. This is getting..."silly".

Watching that Playoffs game with Caleb and our regular season game was man.... dude throws a much tighter ball than our QB.

Arms don't lie. Props to Dak for doing so much with his talent level, but with QB, you can usually just see it in those throws with the high draft picks.

It's not the arm that kills them, it's can they read, react and do it at NFL speed.

Dak realized long ago that the regular season & bravado was all he'd ever have. If only his worshippers could realize it.
