Carr has been playing lights out the past few weeks, but this by far his biggest challenge yet. How does he fare against the NFL's best?

Only time will tell but I think megatron will get his numbers, the teams just have to minimize other's production

I feel he can do as well as anyone who covered him this year. He will absolutely need some help though.

I think with safety help he'll be fine, but Calvin is a great WR..so he's going to get his...just need to limit the ones he gets and hope it's not the type of throws that are over the top.

Carr will need help. But Calvin's success doesn't necessarily correlate to Detroit success. He put up record numbers last year and Detroit didnt win many games.

Limit big plays. Put em back in the huddle and see if they can sustain a long drive without turning it over.

They lose games even when he does get the ball the same way they did with Barry Sanders.

“I respect him, but at the same time, I’m eager to go out there and mix it up with him.”

The Cowboys started using Carr predominantly against the opponent’s No. 1 receivers in the Week 5 loss to the Denver Broncos. His performance didn’t get much attention because Peyton Manning had so much success throwing elsewhere, but Carr did a solid job against Demaryius Thomas, holding him to five catches for 57 yards.

Carr built on that the past two weeks and is arguably playing the best football of his six-year career. According to ProFootballFocus.com, opponents are completing only 50 percent of their passes and have a passer rating of 60.9 when targeting Carr this season.

“You want to hold that throne as the top dog out there on the island,” Carr said. “I’ve still got some work to do, which is fine, but I’m enjoying every moment of it.”

Carr is so far the MVP on defense, earning that payday! If he takes away 1/3 of Megatron's dominance I'm :) Probowl starter

I dont know if anyone remembers this but Calvin was held to 2 catches for 18 yards against the eagles last year. He was covered by Asomugha. Hes not unstoppable.

Was stafford in or out of that game? I agree CJ is not unstoppable but I think a lot of slowing him down starts with making Stafford uncomfortable and forcing some balls.

This will be an exciting game within the game to watch. One thing I've noticed about Carr is that he doesn't back down from the challenge. He's turned out to be a fantastic signing. And thank you asomugha for making it all possible.

He can have all the catches he wants, as long as none are in the end zone , or on the field resulting in any score.

we really shouldn't need carr to shutdown megatron. Megatron may go for 100 yards and a TD, we just need Scandrick and Claiborne to nulify the other WRs
