Looks more like a breakdown of one year on a two-year deal

given that he backs up tyron smith, he should at least get the 60% playing time incentive.

That playing time incentive is nice...

Having a dependable swing tackle is a must in the post-"ClayborneATL" years

Tyrons health issues always seem to take a back seat to whatever seems to be the most pressing need at the moment, but in my eyes I don't see Fleming as performing as well for Tyrons absence as Looney did for Frederick.
Anything over the 3 games he played last year and I am quite nervous. Not Chaz Green style nervous, but a healthy sized nervous nonetheless :)

Stephen likes these incentive based contracts and any FA out there that want a similar one...come on down!!!

Incentives you say?!? Eric Berry, C'mon down!

Just kidding, it's not worth the risk for the Jones if he actually got those incentives and would earn more than $5 Million...

he always seemed slow getting out if his stance

Olawale is one of the fastest players on the team and that for a man who is 240+. We did not give him much of a chance to get into a rhythm last year did we.
Maybe they will use him more this year around the goal line with Witten blocking.

Underrated signing. Fleming is a capable swing tackle and by resigning him it allows us not to have spend draft capital in the early rounds on one or pay retail for a backup.

Of our offseason this was IMO our best signing thus far. The list then goes:

2. Austin
3. The guy contracted to refill the soda machines
[...]
39. Witten
