Can Dat LS or hold field goals?

I can't take 100% credit for this thought but I'll put it out there.
With Dat's reduced role in base 3-4 and back on ST's. Can he long snap? We are getting killed there and maybe he's done this or could pick it up? Seeing as he's so short he might be a natural to LS? Parcells turned Steve Deossie a LB into a LS and that turned out a great move!

He could also help Romo out on holding for kicks some too?
Tho with that neck stinger it might hurt him to spin the laces and look down when placing hold.

You've said he's too small to play LBer and can't take on blocks. So why would be able to line up over even bigger linemen, while doing something I don't believe he's had ANY experience doing in his life.

They have those big dougnut braces they can put on him. He just needs the snap to get off - its ok if he gets blown up some. Our LS is scary so far this year.

On Dat as LS or holder I'd say no.

IMO the best holder we ever had was Novacek. I'd be for trying Witten back there. I still like the idea of Patrick Crayton there too. He could run or pass on a fake.

For Long Snapper I think we just need to be patient and maybe focus on it for 2006.

Maybe he is serious. I laughed when I read the thread title. Methinks Nors is just trying to get under peoples' skin.

He probably will start playing specials though, I just doubt he snaps or holds.
