Can Jerry fire himself? If so he needs to get to it.

Every decision he has made has backfired.

Bringing in Wade...
Bringing in Pacman...
Bringing in Roy Williams...

Hell, even his wonderboy Garrett is starting to look like a flop.

Face facts, guys. Unless Jerry goes and gets a true GM, which we all know he will never do, this team is just spinning its wheels.

The organization needs to be rebuilt from the top down. Fire the entire coaching staff and bring in a true, experienced GM.

Only way this team has a chance of true success.

Trading the 1st and third for Roy Wiliams was a typical Jerry Jones, high risk panic move, had we been patient we could have waited a year and gotten him as a free agent and used the picks to rebuild the lines. Philly goes into bext year with two no. 1 draft picks, Giants have an extra second... we dont' darft until high in the second round... doesn't look good...

The best chance for this team to get a REAL GM is for the fans to boycott the ticket sales for the new stadium. If Jerry is worrying about how to pay for that stadium he will have less time to muck things up for the team...

I am glad to see some others in here pointing the finger at Jerry Jones. You will not find a dumber GM in the NFL than Jerry Jones. If he was to apply to any other NFL team as GM, they would laugh themselves silly in front of his face. Jones is truly the dumbest GM in the NFL. He has the football smarts of a door knob.

While it would be nice to get rid of the coaching staff, I would much rather get rid of Jerry Jones as both GM and OWNER as well. As long as this idiot has anything to do with Dallas, this team will always be a tease and joke.

I don't know if I would go that far. I don't mind Jerry as an owner of the franchise...I just want him away from the GM duties.

That and boycott Dallas Cowboys merchandise and don't watch the games on TV!

Jerry is doing what he can to get US, THE ****ING FANS, a Championship. He's a business man, and he makes some daft decisions, but he isn't a ******.

How many of you jizzed your pants when you heard REW was a Dallas Cowboy.

If our players had half the heart and desire to win that Jerry does we would have walked away with Lombardi Trophy this year.

We have had some of our best drafts lately. Give him some credit for that.

But yeah, I wish that the only Roy Williams on our team was on the IR. If you're going to be a pouty b**** at least run a clean route.

Pacman Jones was a gamble that didn't pay off. But I don't fault Jerry for trying because it's not costing us much.

Considering the choices, Wade was still the right choice.

I think everyone was drinking the Garrett cool aid. Poor Garrett could be in the playoffs right now with the Ravens or the Falcons (unless Garrett sucks as bad as I think he does).
