Can the Jaguars beat the Giants tonight?

I really hope the Jags can pull off the win tonight against hte Giants. I just think the Ginats get lucky - once again - having to finally face a tough team on the road, only to face a Jaguars team that is missing it's starting QB. Can the Jags win without Leftwich in the lineup? Do the Jags even have a #2 QB?

I believe the Jaguars can beat the Giants but they will have to eliminate the turnovers and their enability to score points....

I think the Jags have a chance tonight. They come in fighting for their playoff lives so they have a lot on the line

I think you'll be surprised at Gerrard if you haven't seen him...good arm, seems under control, and very mobile.

Gerrard is playing good enough to beat them... he just has to watch out for their jumpshots;)

Can they? Yes they can. Will they? Based on what I've seen from them probably not.

They are way too inconsistent this year - beating Philly in Philly but loosing at home to the Texans.

Gerrard has been playing the past 4-5 weeks for the Jags. They are really a better team now than with lefty.

Exactly. Leftwich had already been benched for poor play.

Garrard is something like 6-2 in his last eight starts, going back to last year, and I do think they win tonight. It's a plus that they got a big wake-up call losing to the Texans last week, and the game is at Jacksonville. As we saw, they play pretty well at home, and the Jax crowd will be fired up for a rare MNF appearance. :)

I've watched a couple of games with Garrard in there. Really don't see what the hubbub is about. He runs well, but I think his passing is suspect.

That being said - the Jags defense can possibly mess with Manning, and hopefully stop Tiki. If they can keep the ball away from them and score some points, they can win. Dunno if they will though.

The Jaguar WRs have been inconsistent. They need to play well tonight to beat the Giants.

Yeah they can beat them because the Jags D at home is just sick and they have played well (except the Texans who have just owned them since they became a team). they will the Giants players hard which is something you need to do to win against a team that is so banged up. my prediction is that they come out out of this game even more hurt whether they win or lose

Garrard is top drawer. This QB can be one of the best in the NFL, mark my words. The Jags can beat the Giants if they can get a running game to help Garrard.

I think the Jags will beat the Giants tonight. Thier D line will handle the Giants run game, and Deion Grant will hopefully KO Plax. I know almost doesn't count, but the Giants were pretty fortunate to beat the Texans earlier this year as well. The Jags have to run Taylor to have a shot.

I think there is a decent chance that Leftwich has played his last game for the Jags.
