Can we afford Quinnen brother?

If Ulbrich is hired, you can guarantee he will join him in Dallas.

I think it makes sense, but is he good? The reports and the armchair scouts on this forum are all over the place on this guy.

His brother plays for the Jets and is an UFA this offseason and would fill a linebacker need?….thoughts on this?
How much do you think they should pay for a middling LB who got benched?
He's about on the same level as Wilson!

I can’t speak much as to his play but being local, the chatter I hear was that he was good early on, but actually benched this year. That may have been Glenn’s idea of sending a message. Can’t say,

He may be inspired if reunited with his brother. If he doesn’t cost too much I’d take a shot at him.

You could get him if the price is right, plus one of these guys to party with Overshown and James:

Bobby Wagner
Quay Walker
Leo Chenal
Devin Lloyd
Demario Davis

I think paying for LBs the cheapest way to build a strong front 7, so we can pay for guys that produce.

We have so many holes it'd be nice to see a focussed approach to building a strong front seven, before the draft.

Wagner and Davis are old, but might be perfect stop gap guys for us, since we can't reasonably draft 6-7 starters.

Is he significantly better than what we have? If so, sign him up! Haven't heard great things lately, but haven't watched the film to verify.
He's alot better than everyone besides Overshown.

In the past with the right coach and scheme I believe he had an All-Pro season in 2023.

Quincy is the type of guy you take a chance on to see if you can squeeze another 2-3 years out of. Don't think he sucks as some have said

yeah man put me in couch!!!
Will this one work or you have a different color in mind?

IIRC they had some interest in him with the trade but I could be wrong about that.
You’re right. There were rumors we asked for him and were denied.

They also turned down a Chiefs offer of a third round pick for Breece, which was stupid because now he’s a free agent and they nothing.

The Jets are run every bit as poorly as the Cowboys if not more so.

We ended up trading for Logan Wilson and Jerry trotted that out as a solution at LB.

Well, Jerry would have to ask Quinton, as he calls Quinnen. Should ask if his older brother would cramp his style being here.

Plus big bro stinks anyways.

Yeah I’m all for bringing him in. I just hate bringing a guy like this in and labeling the position fixed.
Have to agree with you there. Regardless of which free agent(s) are brought in, they need to double down in the draft. That LB corps last season...I never want to see that again.

Wags is REALLY starting to get up there in age for a banged up position like LB (London fletcher played 2 more seasons than him though), but maybe another year or two if he wants? Dude has had a crazy career….HOF for sure.
