A "Bust" IMO, is a 1st round pick that doesn't pan out. A serious bust is a guy drafted pretty high and doesn't work out. An epic bust is a top 5 or 6 guy that turns out to be ordinary or servicable or out of the league in just a few years (without injury).

I'll give Carp this last year and then i'll admit I had the wrong guy on my draft board.

He injured his quad in the preseason and that is how Phillips evaluated him. Thats an injury.

Are youjust one of these people that say the same thing over and over and over again hoping that itll be true?

I dont know about him, but YOU definitely are one of those people. Again, you've talked about this "evaluation" thing over and over again when in actuality Carp got PLENTY of chances to prove himself over the season. Get off his jock.

Carp never see's the field for a reason. He struggles to be anything more than a 3rd string OLB ST Palyer. Hardly any value at #18 overall.

Alright youre bordering on stupidity with your takes here.

He beat out Singleton and ended up his rookie year starting and playing well. That is seeing the field.

What does that have to do with anything? I was talking about him winning out on Al in 2006. Spencer and he were never in competition.

Wow the two lapdogs, trying to ride somebody else's coattails. Ask Sarge about the Looney Toons cartoon you guys are reminiscent of.

And I addressed it. He was in on the Cowboy package which he called at the line and covered well. He was behind James who was playing extremely well and couldn't beat him out. You have this notion that him being in that package made it an audition for all LB positions which is false.

Actually he did well in that package and he played well in ST. Phillips even said he didnt give Carp a chance yet all you do is say that he sucked. He sucked when he was hurt but other than that he played well all of last year and the year before.
