Got a very funny feeling that Manziel is going to end up in Dallas somehow...

by trade or FA signings or something.

At that time..

Romo will be stepping down.

We'll see.

somehow i feels you are kidding. the mercurial manziel in Dallas. he and jerra nightclubbing together . . . manziel rubing his fingers together before each game. manziel in a night club fight. A policemans reading manziel his carmen miranda rights. it is enough to make me retch like i do when I see a Pauly Shore/Adam sandler adventure movie.

Looks like Romo and Witten found someone to carry their bags for them in Cabo. :starspin:

I was all for getting Manziel but that has me worried now. Right now he looks worse than Quincy Carter.

Probably way too much to ask for those 5 guys, but I believe this team is being built the correct way, and if they take care of the DL, there's no reason we shouldn't see five years of winning. :)

Merry Christmas, you filthy animals!

What modern day elite QB has not played past 37?

Manning is already past 37 and will almost certainly play another couple seasons. Brady is 37 this year and shows no signs of quitting any time soon. Favre had his best season at age 40. Kurt Warner was playing good ball at 38 but decided to go ahead and retire.

Barring some career ending injury, or just getting tired of playing football, there's no reason Romo can't play until he's 39 or 40.

I look at it as Johnny doesn't have very good coaching.

Cleveland is struggling and there could be changes coming there.

Well see.

If something negative happens for him in Cleveland..he might be gotten for a future #1 from us or maybe even less.

Who knows.

Yea I can't really see Romo lasting more than 2 or 3 years. We wasted so much time.

This is exactly why we should have hired a coach who did not require three years of OJT. Those seasons of Romo's prime were a complete and utter waste.
