Can We Please Outlaw Domes?

I love watching NFL films and seeing the mud, the snow, the wind, and the rain. Uniforms are supposed to be grass stained. MLB got away from artificial turf and stadiums that looked like something other than a baseball park and went retro. I would love to see the NFL do the same. No more indoor stadiums please.

Btw, those Dome teams don't do too well, year in and year out, in the playoffs.

Two Dome teams especially bother me.

THE VIKINGS!! Man, a team that used to be known for its toughness and cold weather plays INDOORS. yuk.

THE COLTS!! Can anyone remember the wind blowing like crazy and the dirt infield? Here we are years later and it still doesn't seem right. INDIANAPOLIS?! They are supposed to be in Baltimore. Indoors?! Its just wrong.

i'm with ya too, on Madden i have a team with the Colts and after my first year I built an outdoor stadium. i love those type of games like the Pittsburgh vs Bears game earlier this year when it was snowing hard and both teams had to fight hard to try and win

Don't care a bit about playing outside. It costs enough to see a football game w/o worrying if the weather elements will affect the game. If you want to enjoy outdoor games, move up north and go to some of the football games played by the high schools on Friday evening. You'll get all the weather you can handle.

...the stories the old Dallas players have of the "IceBowl" is pretty damn scary.
