tony romo played really well today period
I'm probably his biggest critic, and I can't find a way to blame this on him. He made some huge strides as a player this year. Sadly, the back injury may have been a good thing for him and his development, he had to flip the switch from physical to mental.
Man, in the second half though, Rodgers showed why he's the league MVP.
romo played ok today. his fumbled snap was awful. sacks were also awful.
No doubt but our defense stunk then. No rush and bad tackling.
Great season coming off injury. Congratulations! Build on this year Romo. You now know the recipe for success doesn't matter who the coordinator is.
I hope his back will get better and hold up for the next 2-3 years. His balls didn't have the velocity compared to past years which i suspect is due to his back. His back is my major concern. One hit away...
Only thing to improve next year for Romo is "please throw the ball away instead of taking SACKS". Too much of that this year.
Again great season Romo. Thank you for proving naysayers wrong so I don't have to argue with them constantly!
3rd and 1 call was atrocious
It stinks he's getting on in years honestly. Teams without quarterbacks perennially struggle.
Man, in the second half though, Rodgers showed why he's the league MVP.
Can't blame much on Romo this year, definitely had the best year of his career. I just wish he would have made his transformation years ago, might be too little too late for a title now.
Against our defense? Lets see what he does next week.
Yeah, I wish the guy was 25.
In the second quarter? I couldn't agree more, we tried to get too cute instead of sticking with what got us here.
It's not like he just decided to show up against us today, he's been doing it for years now, the guy is a machine. There is a 0% chance that GB wins next week in Seattle, but it won't be because of Rodgers.
Perhaps because the guys who ran the short routes weren't open, so they weren't high-percentage throws? And Dez was one-on-one?That's what I was thinking. Why go for the low percentage HR vs. the high percentage short pass? Or better yet .. run Murray.
