Can't say this head coach doesn't value DTs

Truly!
Unlike Rod who had exponentially more confidence in his ability to coach someone up from the scrap heap without having any proof in the past decade.

Which was odd for a guy that coached Sapp and Booger.

True, but he is still to this day living off that one moment of success...when was the last time he did anything? Detroit? Oh wait 0-16....
I didn’t want him near us after that, losing is a disease and he had caught a bad case...

No, I wasn't trying to say that he made those two, my point was that he never realized how much having talent is important at DT despite seeing what those two did for that team...

If this draft isn't an indicator of what to expect from this staff, what is?
They're virtually like night and day better than our last bunch!

Between signing McCoy and Poe, and drafting Gallimore, beef is in vogue again and is so, so nice!
Nice to have a real coaching staff. We wasted some much friggin time with poor coaching. BOTH sides of the ball.

McCarthy is a winner and a highly talented coach. The man knows how to build a roster and understands what is needed to win in a constantly evolving league. Contrary to the existing narrative, I believe McCarthy made Rodgers not the other way around.

McCarthy will have an immediate impact on the Cowboys. Preparation, consistency and grit will improve dramatically. The Cowboys have put a formidable roster together over the years. Now we will see what winning leadership and culture can do with talent.
