People don't like to give Dak credit because they say he has a great o-line and offensive weapons, but I say Matt Cassel, Brandon Weeden and Mark Sanchez prove that theory incorrect.

Exactly. A great OL means nothing if what is behind them is junk. As were all the ones you named.

Same goes for Zeke and this line. There is a big drop off between Zeke and DMcfadden/Morris/Dunbar. This was the exact same line we had last year. And went 4-12.

Didn't matter who was on the field nobody forced him to throw those INTs.
ok cool story but you tried to make the point that his performance proves that not anyone can perform with our starters when all it proves is that he can't perform with our backups.

Sanchez is not good. Let's get that out of the way.

But what weapons and what great O-line did Sanchez play with today? Witt? Nope. Dez? Nope. Zeke? Nope. Starting left side of OL? Nope.

If we played all out and Zeke or Dez blew out a knee...or Dak went down...or Lee was lost...you'd be flipping out.

Fans want it both ways. This isn't a video game where if one of them gets seriously hurt, you can just hit the reset button. I still remember Wes Welker, which was a huge part of the Pats offense in 2009, tear his ACL in the 1st qtr of a meaningless last game against Houston. And they proceeded to get blown out against Baltimore in the wild card game. Randy Moss was more explosive but Welker was what allowed the Pats to move the ball down the field consistently.

Technically, after the Eagles helped us out, we could have rested against the Lions. But they made their statement that game. This game meant nothing at all.
