Cardinals - 33 vs Panthers - 13 game thread

I know I'm early (nervousness) But I figured I'd be as good a candidate as any to start it up. I know most of you guys and the free world give us no shot today, but I have to say that I believe we have a legitimate chance. Don't get me wrong. I'm not overconfident at all. The Panthers rushing attack, the pass rush, and Steve Smith give me fits. But if we can play them straight up, then we have a chance, their overall defense is not impenetrable. Kurt carved them up pretty well in our first game, (we were up 17-3) and if he doesn't throw a tipped ball INT and Edge decides not to fumble right after they score I believe we would have won that game. Bottom line is if we play loose and aggressive we can come away with this win. At any rate, I'm dressed already and feeling like a kid on Christmas day. My boys have a chance to go to the NFC Championship game! Oh BTW, some of you guys' Boys brethren (my renowned Cowboys squad. Check the archives ) are coming to lend support. I'm making some Pasta and the wife'll be making the drinks. Should be a blast win or lose. Wish me luck gang!!

The Panthers look pretty good. If this game was in Arizona, I would give the Cardinals more of a chance to win, but since its in Carolina, I expect the Panthers to take care of business.

I like Carolina too. Just not today!

But if we were to succumb, I'd probably pull for them to win the whole thing. Especially if they play the eagles next week.
