Refs just blew a call that should have been a safety against the hawks. Should have been intentional grounding but they said it went past the line of scrimmage.... It was three yards short of it

The rule says it has to be in the vicinity of the line of scrimmage, not necessarily to the line of scrimmage, which makes the rule open for interpretation, which is stupid. Why make it ambiguous?

Remember when the Dallas pass rush couldn't get close to Russell Wilson? Seattle has a terrible OL.

Its what the NFL does and the result is you have refs that dont even know how to make the proper call.

I always watch these two teams and get impressed with how they built their defenses. Meanwhile, the Cowboys haven't had a great defense in back-to-back years since the 90's

Lol. Rules are ambiguous so that outcomes can be governed by the NFL and the refs. They have a right to govern outcomes for your entertainment.
