ehhh, he more or less just kept the bar low for that franchise. I mean besides a year here or there the Cardinals have been a dumpster fire since the late 80s

No surprise. The question is, does a QB hungry team sign him or draft a QB. Murray's situation is like Wilsons when he left Denver for Pittsburgh. Because Denver was still paying him, the Stealers could sign him for cheap. I could easily see some team doing the same this with Murray.

How so? That team has had some very questionable leadership. They let that GM do the damage.

I would argue drafting Rosen the year before at number 10 to give up on and then spend the #1 on Murray the following year was the double whammie.
