The guys on WTEM were going over several Skins injuries from today. Springs, McIntosh and a couple others banged up, but they said Rogers had a very bad knee injury. He left the locker room right away and the people they talked to said maybe 2 ligaments. Smoot is now the "default" starter as they put it.

Smoot's been injured a lot as well.

Rogers has been garbage, but it probably hurts them to lose him.

Hate to hear that, but I think the skins are better off. Carlos stunk bad. Put Smoot and Springs in there instead, and they'll be better off.

Granted, come nickel situations, they'll be fielding the popcorn vendor from section 29, but oh well. Its not like Romo is any good on third down anyway. snicker snicker.

Well injuries stink and I don't wish them on people but I guess I'll have to change my prognostication from 7-9 for the Skins to 6-10.

I hate it when any player other than *Patriot players get injured. Rogers was actually having a solid year. I mean he was not living up to top 10 pick, but he is definatly a starter on a lot of teams. He looked hurt pretty bad though. Skins just got slammed with injuries this year, someone needs to take a serious look at off season program and what their strength and conditioning coach is doing.

I watched that game. You should have seen the poor guy on the sideline. He is SO lucky he didn't break his neck.

supposedly a torn MCL and ACL... 6-9 month injury. Injuries are quickly throwing this season down the drain.

As for people saying Smoot is better then Carlos, you have it *** backwards. Smoot has been absolutly wretched this year, while Carlos has played pretty decently.

Everyone on ES loves to bash him, buts its just because he is the guy they love to hate. Every single mistake he makes is blown up times 10... IMO, i think he is a pretty solid corner, who does great in the run game as well.

This is going to be a huge loss for the skins if true.
