It sounded like we're trying to really backload the deal, I'd expect the contract to be about $10-12 million in the final year with an option for a sixth. I won't be surprised if the final contract is slightly over $40 million but that's fne with me. We might get the initial year much lower, I don't know.

Something would have to hapen to cause the deal to fall through though at this point.
