Given Wentz's history (2016 draft and Eagles) and now that he's going to QB a division rival it has relevance to the Cowboys.

We're going to have new Wentz-Dak debates, whether you (or I) like it or not.

Washington gave up several picks for a QB that’s flamed out with two teams. lol Frank Reich was supposed to be the guy to fix Carson Wentz and he gave up on him. I’ll keep saying it Washington should’ve kept Cousins. Just look at all the draft picks they’ve burned on QBs since they let him walk. It’s a safe bet with Wentz’s track record Washington isn’t done burning draft picks on QBs.

Okay, fair enough. Nothing wrong with looking for better options. I just wonder if we would have found it. Think about it for a minute. This team wanted to take Paxton Lynch. I don't trust them to draft a QB. They got fortunate with how Dak played.

Don't forget Johnny Manzeil. From all accounts Jerry had to be convinced to draft Martin instead. Then we have quincy Carter. So yeah, and good QBs we've had since Jimmy Johnson left had been a result of stepping in horse poop.
