Help me out here...did the Cowboys just win the Super Bowl. Did our last 2 drafts just produce future HOFers? I am stunned why our coaches and personnel people are the hottest thing going. This has happened to us before AFTER we won. The Pats lost people AFTER they won. We have not won jack...but everyone from the owner to the front office to the coaches to the players are cashing in. We wreak of an immature operation. We wreak of an organization that "has not been there before" I mean Jerry has been doing this long enough to know better than to run this organization in such a circus like atmosphere. This is just a joke to me. Everything in Dallas is always larger than life...which is why the defending Super Bowl champs can lose their first playoff game at home and it barely register.....yet the Cowboys loss is being touted as the biggest failure in quite some time. We just do not have the maturity to finish the deal. It is going to take a monumental effort to get this thing where it has the potential to go...because from the owner on down we are going to act like it is there before it arrives. I am very frustrated with the atmosphere in Dallas right now. And I am afraid we don't have the right people in place to roll up their sleeves and do what is going to be necessary to see this thing through. The Star is being pimped right now!!!!!

Really, our biggest finds have been Demarcus Ware and Tony Romo. Romo was found by Sean Payton and Parcells was rumored to have wanted Spears w/ that first #1. We all know Ware wouldn't have lasted till our second. W/o those 2 players, where would we be?

10-6 and playing in the Championship game sounds better to me. But keep telling yourself 13-3 one and done in the playoffs if it makes you any feel better. ;)

I guarantee you that Iceberg was one of the guys touting our record as this team showed the same flaws in wins and losses...I and many others were criticized for pointing out the flaws of this team because we had a good record...but as it turns out...poor kickoff and punt coverage....penalties....poor tackling...and Jacques Reeves did us in Sunday...and these things have been problems ALL YEAR LONG...but it does not matter...because we won 13 games (sarcasm off)

Folks, at the end of the day, you just have to accept the fact that there is no loyalty when you have so much money and prestige at stake.

Jason Garrett, Tony Sparano and many past Assistant Coaches should be allowed to pursue Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness.

I am happy for Tony Sparano and hope he has great success in this league, with the one exception being when we play the Miami Dolphins.

The Star is not being pimped, Jason Garrett, Tony Sparano and any other former or future Assistant does not owe Jerry Jones a dime. They were brought here to do their jobs as effectively as they know how and that is all Jerry Jones can expect of them.

Losing Assistants is one of many indicators that you have a very good team and a very strong Coaching Staff.

Tony Sparano has ties to Regime in Miami. Even Stevie Wonder saw Tony Sparano's exodus forecoming.

Being the first home team to lose in the divisional round since the league adopted the new format is an indicator that this organization is not where anybody thinks it should be and PERHAPS those aforementioned people did their jobs all the effectively

did i ever say it did? no. but as an overall season 13-3 with a heartbreaking playoff loss was more fun to watch than 3-13 and 7+ heartbreaking losses.

keep on getting mad the season is over and put on any emotional blanket you need to.

yep. guilty.

i was out to enjoy the season, not prepare myself for the eventual end way too early.

all that whining, complaining and shouting you did, any of it help change anything? so you can't even enjoy a win and some record breaking performances because you're so focused on the negative.

i focused on the positive.

you wanna get angry - go ahead. you wanna get angry at ME because i chose to enjoy an ENTERTAINMENT EVENT, go ahead.

beware, i'll do it again next year!

JJ cannot control it if his asst coaches and front office personnel have desires and/or opportunities to advance themselves! How is he promoting a "circus-like" atmosphere? This is just the nature of the NFL right now-instant gratification! Then you add to that a former employee (Tuna) trying to rebuild a starving franchise and all that leads to where we are today. If BP weren't in MIA at this moment I'd wager that Ireland, Sparano, and anyone else he's taking w/ him would still be a part of the Dallas Cowboys and the raping and pillaging would probably begin and end w/ Red Ball (if he leaves).

and for every one of our "rising star" assistants, other teams have theirs also. we're a great place to be but not the ONLY place people want to be. just cause we're fans doesn't mean the coaches are also.

we'll find talent again. it'll happen.

About 90% of it is Parcells. That explains Sparano, Bowles, Pasqualoni, Ireland, and Gaine.

If he's still retired, they probably aren't leaving.

Garrett is another story, of course.

Hey, I have question about this.

The San Diego Chargers were the #1 Seed last year when they lost, so why does everyone say the Cowboys were the 1st to do it?
