CD Lamb is a body catcher

I could be wrong, but in real time I could have sworn he took his eye off the ball for a millisecond and was probably thinking about what celebration he was gonna do in the end zone

Some analyst mentioned that on a post game show. Not that he was thinking of a TD celebration. But he did not look the ball into his hands. Took his eyes off the ball.

I was joking about the celebration part. I looked at the replay in slow-mo and it didn’t seem as obvious as in real time.

I don’t think he is at all.

I thought his effort on that deep pass that was defended was weak. When coverage is that tight you have to go up and high point the ball rather than wait for it to drop in your arms.

Exactly. He didnt even try to fight for the ball. He possibly draws a PI if he makes any effort to go up with his hands. Quit it with this body/basket catch nonsense, CeeDee!

Lamb just needs to look the ball all the way in. And thats no matter if he is catching with his hands or body.
He saw open grass and easy big play highlight TD and lost concentration

how is this different than when hes wide open and get passes overthrown or not even look.first half he had 2 WO routes and Rush dumped it down. last week and overthrow for big play..both sides make mistakes.

yes its unacceptable but calling him trash and that hes bust is ridiculous

so tired of the fans being hot and cold ..they daid the very thing about rush, Maher, McGovern Tank, brown and many more. it was bad play.. yes a total drop but QBS make the same mistakes with bad throws and wrs bail them out or plays are missed.mnoknes perfect

Was just glad to see Lamb shake the drop off and get refocused in the game. He made some big plays and game changing plays and that don't happen it you sulking or pouting out there. You screw up you shake it off and get your head right back into the game.

He needs to concentrate on catching the ball.

If they aren’t, the staff needs to work with him on it. It’s fixable.
