I remember Monica Seles getting stabbed by a rabid fan years ago and that was tennis. This is pro football and there are few fans as rabid as Browns fans in the Dawgpound. It only takes one lunatic. I betcha he never thought of that before he planned his celebration.

Yeah, it wouldn't surprise me at all if someone in that crowd was carrying some kind of prison shank. They would just pass it down the aisle and throw it in a trash can.
