The wording on the policy makes more sense now when it comes to some of those excluded. Before it was said to be domestic violence, firearms charges, sexual assault. Now it's more or less any violent act that draws attention.

I don't think it's a coincidence they implemented this rule the year after Prescott was there. It probably really illustrated that they needed to up the bar as to the level of human being they allow in there.
