Rumors that Chad Pennington re-injured his shoulder during the Jets' first preseason game are expected to be clarified Sunday.

He was hit hard high on a corner blitz in Friday night's affair and whispers that Pennington may have at least "tweaked" his surgically-repaired shoulder have been flying. After the game, Pennington stayed in the locker room longer than any other Jets player. Sunday's practice began at 2ET.
