You don't have any argument from me on Street's limitations. I would have hoped that he would have improved his quickness after being in an NFL strength and conditioning program for two years. It's just that the Chris Brown of today is too slight to be effective at this level. Brown needs time in the weight room.

Yah, I thought Street was going to develop into one of those crafty-but-slowish guys--sort of like Patrick Crayton was who contributed everywhere and was hard to shake off the roster. Not so much.

I wouldn't call the WR position loaded.

You have one stud - Bryant
One slot guy - Beasley
One enigma - Williams

And then a guy people gush about that hasn't really shown much at all in Butler and a guy that people aren't even sure is going to be on the team in Street.

Lucky Whitehead is a boss.

Cowboys like their outside WRs to be both big and physical, especially in run game. They need to be tenacious blockers. Garrett got that from Norv.

Deep means different things depending on scheme. Fans love Butler for his deep speed, coaches love Andy Jones for his hands and route running (at least in practice) but Mayle may be the best scheme fit. Big strong, physical at POA, can win contested balls.

Will Fuller was the high light reel, the home run hitter for my Irish, Chris Brown was the chain mover, he did a lot of the dirty work in a matter of speaking
