Didn't see this posted anywhere else but Canty is going to visit the Giants.

The Giants are planning to bring in DE Chris Canty for a visit, likely tomorrow, per someone familiar with Canty's plans. Both sides are trying to finalize plans on when exactly Canty will be in for his visit. Canty is a native of the Bronx, so this could be an intriguing visit for him. A 4-year veteran, Canty has played DE in the Cowboys 3-4 scheme. It would seem the Giants would want the 6-7, 304-pounder to play inside in their 4-3 front, but that remains to be seen.
Canty, 26, was scheduled to visit the Commanders before they signed Albert Haynesworth. Washington then cancelled the visit, which probably didn't sit too well with Canty. It seems unlikely he would agree to a visit now without a guarantee it would actually happen. And the Giants aren't the kind of team to pull the rug out from under a player once the visit has been set up. So if they sign DT Rocky Bernard, who's in today, perhaps they'll just go through the visit with Canty as a formality. Or maybe they'll see if they can add both.
Canty has a visit set up with the Seahawks on Monday. He might also stop for a chat with the Broncos and 49ers.
