Garrett won't be DPOY. Most of his sacks came early in the season including 4.5 in one game against a terrible Chicago offense with Fields starting his first career game. The Browns miss the playoffs with Garrett wilting down the stretch, it will be down to Parsons and TJ Watt, and if the Steelers miss the playoffs too it will be Parsons.
