Pagano got by early in his head coaching career because he was gifted Andrew Luck and had a good offensive mind in Bruce Arians as his OC. I think he also "benefited" from having cancer. The cancer itself was not a benefit, but who wants to be the guy that fires the coach who had to battle cancer? Pagano has shown he is not a good NFL head coach.

It truly is. And if you want to blame someone, blame Ryan Grigson. He was the guy drafting another receiver in the 1st round in Phillip Dorset instead of drafting any offensive linemen, all while watching Andrew Luck take a beating.

Now Dorsett is gone for a backup quarterback and who knows when Luck will be back, or if his arm will be the same?

Grigson destroyed that team.
